Yes! Whisper is always free. The Listener gives you 3 free sessions with no card needed - then requires Essential or higher. Human therapist sessions include 1 free session on Pro and Premium plans.
Essential covers text and audio check-ins. Pro adds The Heart (AI video) and 2 human therapist sessions per month. Premium gives you unlimited human sessions, dedicated therapist matching, and all future features.
The Heart is E-Ball's AI video companion - a face and voice that engages with you in real time for deeper, more immersive support than text or audio alone.
When you subscribe to Pro or Premium, your first human therapist session is on us. No extra charge - just book through the app and meet your therapist.
Absolutely. Cancel anytime from your account settings. No cancellation fees - you keep access until the end of your billing period.
